Resident Lottery
Two monthly winners of various gift cards, sporting events or movie tickets. To qualify, residents must:
- Pay rent on the 1st of the month, and
- Have all lease charges paid in full on the 1st of the month

Watch for holiday door knockers delivered to each resident near the end of December. Yummy treats for all!
