Girard Management, Inc. enjoys providing well-kept and healthy properties.  We can determine maintenance required on the building’s exterior and the interior common areas, but we need your help in reporting maintenance and repairs required in your homes or leased space. For your convenience and to ensure emergency repair needs are met, Girard Management has a 24-hour maintenance request line or email service.

Basic Repair/Maintenance Notes

  • All repairs/maintenance requests must be called or emailed to our repairs/maintenance service.
  • Only Emergencies will be responded to after hours or on weekends or holidays
  • Immediately report all running, dripping or leaking water (faucets or toliets)
  • Before reporting a “NO HEAT”, please check your themostat, close all windows & storm windows, and unblock heat registers or radiators
  • Report pest problems immediately
  • Refrigerator outages – please put your food in a cooler, as this is not an emergency and your food loss will not be reimbursed.
