At Girard Management, we work very hard to reply to all inquiries the day received. At times, due to seasonal volume or property incidences, those replies may be delayed. In times when we receive multiple calls on a specific incident at a property, instead of a phone call to each resident, we will often times hand deliver a letter to each resident’s door to address the questions related to the specific incident. If, through the information provided on the website or via delivered letter, your concerns have not been answered, please call again or feel free to stop by our main office.
