In addition to multi-family, Girard Management currently manages approximately 500,000sf of commercial real estate in and around the Twin Cities including office, warehouse and retail.  Girard works in conjuction with the tenants and ownership to offer the best in class service including budget preparation, service calls, contract negotiations as well as lease renewals/negotiations when requested by our clients.  Our property managers are hands on with at least quarterly visits to the tenants to make sure the buildings are working well for their business.  The goal is a strong personal relationship to help lead to a long-term tenant for the building.
