In addition to multi-family, Girard currently manages approximately 200,000sf of commercial real estate in and around the Twin Cities including office, warehouse and retail space.  Girard works in conjunction with tenants and ownership to offer best in class service including budget preparation, service calls, contract negotiations, as well as lease renewal/negotiations when requested by our clients.  Our property managers are hands-on with quarterly visits to the tenants to make sure the buildings are working well for their business.  The goal is a strong personal relationship to help lead to a long-term tenant for the building.
