Girard Management Inc. is a family owned and operated property management company that manages residential apartments, commercial spaces, and warehouses in the Twin Cities Metro Area. The company was formed in 2005 and is growing rapidly. We currently manage 389 housing units and 6 commercial properties in Minneapolis, St. Paul, and Robbinsdale.

At Girard Management, we pride ourselves in providing good housing for good people at a fair price. Many measures are taken to ensure our tenants have the best apartments possible. We have a highly trained staff of property managers, maintenance technicians, and on site caretakers to provide our tenants with a clean, worry free apartment to live.
